added manageable embedded sources. Now it can check for updates of third-party components without the need to do something on the side of these components. Embedded sources were added for foo_jscript_panel, foo_scrobble, foo_ui_columns (including optional checking for pre-release versions) and foobar2000 core. They can be turned off using split button menu Check for Updates Manage Embedded Sources
